When the New Orleans Pelicans take on the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight, the Smoothie King Center will host one of the most well known athletes in the world, LeBron James. But, when he returns to Cleveland after the game, James will still leave his mark at South Market District.
In October, the basketball superstar announced that he would become the spokesperson for Blaze Pizza, which opened a location in the Paramount earlier this year. At the heart of James’ decision to become an original investor, and now the public face of the restaurant, is Blaze’s ability to fit with a fast-paced lifestyle while producing exceptional food.
“I believe in the company. I believe in their vision. I believe in what they’re all about, the authenticity of how they make pizza, how they run their business, and I wanted to be a part of it,” James said. “You know, I’m excited to be partnering with them.”
We’re excited that LeBron has partnered with Blaze too. We’re also looking forward to stopping in for a pizza before the Pelicans beat the Cavs!
